9/11: Ten Years Later – What America Forgot

On September 11, 2001 Muslims attacked America, killing 3,000 office workers in New York City, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania. In the Middle East, Arabs rejoiced, handed out candy and danced in the streets of Ramallah, Gaza and Karachi. In Saudi Arabia the Sheiks celebrated victory. On 9/11, their $62 billion investment in mosques, madrassas and Islamic Centers had paid off.

Ten years later, what we had sworn to never forget, most of us can hardly remember. The media tirelessly works to obscure the basic fact that Muslims attacked us on 9-11. The New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, CNN and even Fox News depict 9/11 as the beginning of Islamophobia in America. In a perverse way, Osama Bin Laden has won. America is tired of fighting. Islamists and Islamic apologists hold key positions in the Pentagon, State Department and Homeland Security. Heck, a Muslim-born, madrassa-trained, Jew-hating fascist occupies the White House.

Of all things, the best way to recall the 9/11 attack on America by Saudi and Egyptian Muslims may be by listening to the the Howard Stern Show from that crucial morning.

How Ruthless Should We Be?

Let’s see. We are under attack by an enemy whose stated goal is to kill us or assimilate us into his “superior” civilization. Should he be successful, our civilization, the freest and most prosperous the world has ever seen, will come to an end. This enemy is not the hapless dreamer he is made out to be by Liberal academic, media and political classes. Other civilizations crossed his path in the past with devastating consequences. Are there many Assyrians or Zoroastrians in your neighborhood?

From a thriving empire, the Assyrians have been reduced to a tiny persecuted minority in their homelands. They have endured much hardship throughout their recent history as a result of religious and ethnic persecution by Muslim majorities – Arabs, Persians and Turks. Estimates of the total number of Syriac Christians alive today vary greatly, between one and three million.

Osama and the JihadisBack in the 60s, the CIA was feared by hostile regimes everywhere. Its reach and ruthlessness were legendary. Agents were tough, like Mossad agents, but with lots of cash. Today, the CIA is a place of employment for International Studies graduates from Ivy League universities. Those who do not get an offer from State join the CIA. Read more >

Does the Koran Command Muslims to Fight and Kill Infidels?

Tawfik Hamid was born in Egypt to what he describes as a secular family. Islam was always part of life, but as he grew up he became increasingly involved with the Salafi movement. Reading the Koran regularly made him want to do Jihad and conquer infidels. He was well on his way to Shahida (martyrdom), but pulled back in the nick of time. He tells about his journey in a must read article republished in The Jerusalem Post. Selected paragraphs, dealing with the impact of the Koran on Hamid’s young mind, appear below. Koran quotes are in red.

When I was nine, I learned the following Koranic verse during one of our Arabic lessons: “But do not think of those that have been slain in God’s cause as dead. Nay, they are alive! With their sustainer have they their sustenance. They are very happy with the reward they received from Allah [for dying as a shahid] and they rejoice for the sake of those who have not joined them [i.e., have not yet died for Allah]” (Koran 3:169-70).

It was the first time I was exposed to the concept of shahid (martyr), and naturally, I began to dream of becoming one. The thought of entering paradise very much appealed to me. There I could eat all the lollipops and chocolates I wanted, or play all day without anyone telling me to study.

Jewish Manifesto

Adapted from a speech at a pro-Israel rally.

A Call to Action

From 1648 to 1649, Officer Bogdan Chmielnicki, with an army of Russian Cossacks, local peasants and the support of the Tatar Khan of the Crimea, killed more than 300,000 Jews in the Ukraine. That wave of destruction is considered the first modern pogrom. If those Jews would have been spared their descendants would number in excess of 30 million today.

From 1939 to 1945, Corporal Adolph Hitler, with an army of Nazis, sympathizers, and the deafening silence of the whole world, exterminated 6 million Jews in Europe. Their descendants would number 12 million today.

2000 years of culling by war, pogrom and random Jew killings, have reduced the Jewish people to statistical insignificance. Just two tenths of one percent of the world population and an almost invisible spot on the map! This would be of theoretical interest only, but for the emergence of an Islamofascist movement hell-bent on decimating the few remaining percentage points.

The Hitler of our times, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President of Iran, says loudly, clearly and frequently that the instant he lays his hands on a couple of nukes he will wipe Israel of the face of the earth. Politicians, academics and media elites assure us that what we hear him say is not what he means, but he says that it is.
